Description

 This is the original Spriguns vinyl album 'Jack with a Feather', bought from the band themselves in 1975 at the Anchor Folk Club in Cambridge. The Daily Telegraph listed the album as the 18th most collectable ever, with a guide price of £1200 in 2009. The last one I saw change hands went for £1300.
This copy is in excellent condition, almost mint, as it's only been played about a dozen times on a Thorens TD150 with SME arm and Shure M95E cartridge.  I made several cassette copies soon after buying it. for playing in the car and round the house, so the album hasn't been played for over 30 years.  It's been stored vertically with the rest of my collection, so the cover shows some ring-marking, but is otherwise in good condition, with no substantial marks or creases.
This is a rare opportunity for a serious collector to invest in an album which may still appreciate further in value.
