Spring    Promotional LP inside a White Glossy Gatefold  Folder with Seeds Cover   1972  United Artists LP UAS 5571 Spring is/was Marilyn Wilson and Diane Rovell.  Produced by Brian Wilson( Beach Boys) and David Sandler                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Complete with 12-3/4 X 13-1/4 Folder, Green 4 page booklet( shown front and back) 8 x 10 Photo and Promo stamped Gatefold LP with one-sided insert  
The package of Seeds on the front of the folder feels like it has seeds in it, tho I imagine they may be too old to grow, if planted now...
The LP cover is impression stamped " NOT FOR SALE PROMOTION USE ONL(Y)" diagonally in the upper right corner
Valued in The Price And Reference Guide for The Beach Boys American Records( 2017 Perry Cox, Frank Daniels and Mark Galloway) at $200( .page 470, shown) Which is probably low given the scarcity of the complete  packages
