Description
You are looking at two rare and hard to find LPs.
Note:The sealed picture disc photo was taken with a plastic protective sleeve. Any imperfections you see are in the protective sleeve, not the shrink.
They are:
#1 is Bruce Springsteen - Darkness on The Edge of Town, promotional only picture disc. This was released on Columbia records in two pressings of 2,000 copies each. It is still sealed in shrink wrap. I purchased this one several years ago for a little under $150.00. It is valued at about $150.00, if you can find one.
#2 is Bruce Springsteen " Bruce Juice" recorded live. I bought this one from a guy in Jersey a few years back, who bought it at a record shop in Bruce's old stomping grounds. There is no information on the outer sleeve other than the track listing, which is as follows:
Side one: Ties that Bind, Who'll Stop the Rain, Two Hearts, Cadillac Ranch and Because the Night.
Side Two: Backstreets, Ryder Medley, and Rockin all over the World.
The Sleeve is G to Vg condition with no writing and only a 3/4 inch seam split along the top right corner. The LP itself is in very good condition, considering it's date of creation, which I was told was in the 70s. The LP has a few light surface scratches, but doesn't seem to effect play. It is a unique piece for any Springsteen fan. I Paid $49.99 for this LP.
Why am I selling? and Why am I selling for well below what I paid? Simple. I'm a former teacher, aspiring principal, who's trying to support a family of 4 through the holidays, and until I graduate in May and get a Principal's position. That's it. Otherwise, I wouldn't be parting with these rare gems.
