MORE WEST COAST JAZZ - STAN GETZ VERVE TRUMPET (CLEF SERIES) MGV-8177
1st pressing on the Verve (Trumpet) Label - Still issued with CLEF SERIES as indicated on cover This issue was before the Verve T label and no trademark symbol on label yet.
Grading: (Based on Goldmine Standards)
Vinyl: Mint - An almost flawless or perfect copy that looks like it was never even played aside from my play test. No surface noise but the hint of the stylus itself almost silently resting ready to pick up the first sounds from within the grooves. Very clean play, plays as a new record.
Cover: VG++ Jacket is also almost flawless and looks great. Seams are all intact without any splitting and front cover picture is perfectly intact and the back cover has no marks, stains or writing and no stamps.
This is a beautiful copy of the rare original first of the Verve records to be released just immediately after the transition from Clef and Norgran to Verve but prior to the Verve T label or Verve MGM.
