With A Japanese Liner-notes Sheet (Having Some Small Light Brown Dot Spots and Creases Like The Photo # 6).
7 Tracks.
This Is Promo White Label Copy, The Japanese Words "Sample / Not for Sale" are Printed on Both Labels, A Small Japanese Sample Sticker Was on Back Part of Picture Sleeve (But It's Torn and Almost Lost Now, Please Check The Photo # 3 with Care).
Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus - VG Plus (Having Some Small Light Brown Dot Spots and A Small Sticker Spot by Torn Japanese Sample Sticker on Back Part).
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
