RVG stamped in runout. Plastylite 'ear' also.
47 West 63rd St address on center labels.
Laminated cover with 43 W. 61st Street address on back cover.
Jacket is VG, solid without any splits, has water damage at opening, see pics
LP is VG+/VG++, has some smudges, plays well with minimal background noise
