Description

This is the deep groove RVG-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Stanley Turrentine “Up at Minton’s, Volume 1” on the New York USA  (Side 1)/West 63rd (Side 2) labels of Blue Note BLP 4069; “Review Copy” stamped on the Side 1 label.   The playing surface is in excellent condition, with just a few inaudible scuffs on the last track of Side 2.  The laminated New York 23 cover (serif typeface) is in excellent condition – clean and bright throughout; ¼” wear at the opening on the top and bottom seams; minor wear at the corners; two DJ stamps at the top of the back slick.  Personnel include Grant Green, Horace Parlan, George Tucker, and Al Harewood.  $100.00.
