LABEL DESCRIPTION:    Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address, RVG stamped and "EAR" etched in the dead wax, "R" on the bottom and also deep groove.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER):  M-    Excellent laminated cover. Except for a stamp on the back, near mint in every way.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M-    Well maintained and extremely clean. It does have a large surface mark on side one that has been play graded and does not make noise.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:    Includes original Blue Note ad inner sleeve.
