Stanton 500 8.0 mil Ball Stylus for 78s
Old stylus acquired with a record collection. We have examined it under a microscope and it is basically unused. Sounds as it should sound.
We are selling a number of vintage audio devices on ebay this week. Please note that we do not have the ability to fully test out each feature and setting on each device. (We don't even know what some of the settings are supposed to do!) We are not audio engineers, and have no expertise regarding how to properly evaluate or repair such equipment. We will attempt to ascertain whether or not a unit powers up and if it appears to perform its basic functions. But even if it works on our end, we DO NOT guarantee that it will work for you. I doubt that any of these items have been serviced in recent years, and I'm sure various units will need capacitors, resisters, tubes, belts, idler wheels, etc. to be replaced or reconditioned. You guys know more about these things than we do. Though we will attempt to answer your questions to the best of our ability, you are bidding on these items as-is.
