The year 1978 is said to be the year of the blockbuster science fiction movie, and we present to you a dynamic and wonderful synthesizer performance of the theme from the main character "Star Wars" that is appropriate for the space age.
On this record, Osamu Shohrinji makes full use of synthesizers to recreate the world of the movie.
The A-side, "Star Wars Main Theme," is an arrangement of "Assault on the Empire," with the main theme playing in the tight background and a fanfare from Princess Leia's rebel starship taking center stage. The heroic melody is enhanced by a sound reminiscent of robotics in action.
The B-side, "Imperial Attack," is played in the final scene of the movie when Princess Leia awards medals to Luke and the other heroes of the battle who defeated the Galactic Empire in the throne room. The unique synthesizer sound creates a fantastic mood.
