Pre-owned, kept in a good condition, some slight wear to case from use and damage in one corner. Please see images.

Can I collect in person?
Yes, Our collection address for most items is our Knaphill Furniture Shop! 16-18 High Street, Knaphill, GU21 2PF. We are open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5pm for collection.
Can you provide extra images of items?
Yes, for most items we can provide extra detail at a request, however for more delicate items that are pre-packed, or items not on location we may not be able to.
Do you accept Buy it now prices?
We will only accept Best Offer for Buy it now items, please contact us via the Ebay messaging system.
We do not accept offers for Auction items, as this would be unfair to those watching and bidding in the item.
Do you combine invoices?
Please contact us if your orders have not been automatically combined. For buy-it-now items, adding them all to your basket should automatically combine and reduce postage. For auctions please contact us BEFORE paying and we can send a revised invoice to combine your order.
OUR POSTAGE COSTS
As we are a charity we always aim to cover all costs with our postage so that we do not lose any money, currently we have a maximum of 5 working-days dispatch time.
Please let us know BEFORE paying if you would prefer a tracked service, our standard Royal Mail 2nd Class service is not tracked.
Most of our orders take 3-5 working days to be delivered using Royal Mail, this may be slightly delayed during busy periods.
We also offer 1-2 days express delivery with UPS on select items.
Please contact us regarding delivery or collection by courier of larger items such as furniture.
