Here we have a 1980 Star Wars the Empire Strikes Back 12" vinyl record. I'm not a record dealer so I can not grade the records. There are scuffs and scratches but we have played both sides of both records and they do NOT skip. The cover has wear but still very good and does have the original booklet. Ships Media so expect slower delivery time.

PAYMENT:
Due to Recent Problems with NONE paying Buyers we now require ALL Payments to be made in FULL within 2 days of the end of auctions.  On the Third day following the end of auction we will open an Unpaid Item Dispute. We are doing this  due to the extreme increase of NON paying buyers.  We DO NOT ACCEPT E-CHECKS and ONLY accept PAYPAL payments.  If additional time is needed to pay you MUST  be approved BEFORE bidding on the item otherwise we will ask Ebay to Cancel the transaction. 

Canceling transaction:

If you need to cancel a bid before the auction ends then it is the RESPONSIBILITY of the BUYER to cancel the bid. YOU will need to contact ebay and cancel transaction. If you do not cancel the transaction before the auction ends then you will be responsible for completing the sale. If you need to cancel the transaction After the auction has ended we require you to notify us the day of the transaction being completed. If you wait until the day the payment is due then Unpaid Item Dispute will be open. This is so that we the seller are not held responsible for canceling a transaction and have it count against our defect rating. 

Shipping Times and Shipping Costs:

We ship ALL items out within 2 BUSINESS Days of Payment being received. Business Days for us are Monday- thru Friday 10 am thru- 4 pm. We do try to mail all items out within 24 hours if possible. We can not ship on Federal Holidays or when USPS is closed. 
Shipping Costs:  We try our best to give the best prices we can on all our shipments. Please take into consideration that we pay for our packing materials such as Boxes, Bubblewrap, Padding, Tape, Coverings, etc. And Gas to deliver to The Post Office. Will now Deliver Packages ourselves to the Post Office since we had time issues with the Postal Pick-up. IE they would forget to pick up on certain days, would have days when the regular postman was not working, and packages were not being scanned properly. That being said we DO NOT make any money whatsoever on Shipping Costs. In fact we are constantly going into the Hole with shipping. And YES Ebay Does charge sellers Fees on ALL Shipping prices including Items that are shipped with Actual Shipping Costs. IE if your item cost exactly 8.00 to ship and we charge you exactly 8.00 to ship Ebay does charge us a Fee with the shipping of that item. We do not pass that Fee to Buyers.  Combining shipping: We will gladly Combine shipping IF it Can be shipped Safely in doing so. IE if you buy two pieces of Glass artwork we will ONLY combine the shipping IF the items can be safely shipped together. If they can not be safely shipped together then NO we will not risk the safety of the item to ship together. We want YOU the customer to always receive their item in the condition that we sold it to you in. If you buy Lot items then we will gladly ship combine shipping IF the items can be combined. IE if you buy two jewelry lots and they can not be fit into ONE Large Flat Rate, Medium Flat rate or Small Flat rate together then NO we would not be able to combine shipping on that shipment. As long as the item can safely be shipped together then we will Gladly do so and ONLY charge you what the ACTUAL shipping costs would be. PLEASE email BEFORE bidding to make sure that the items you are interested in can be shipped Combined.  INSURANCE: All Priority Shipments come with Insurance. If you have any issue rest assured that we have insurance on that item. Please contact us and we will help with resolving the issue.  RETURNS: We DO NOT accept Returns at this time.  That being said if we make a mistake in our listing then we will take Responsibility for that error. IE if we sell you a shirt and ship you a Can Opener then Yes of course we will take Responsibility for that mistake ( please rest assured that we have only sent Can Openers to people that ordered them! lol) Since we Do try to offer our items as Cost Effectively as Possible we can not accept returns on items that we did not error in listing. We did stop accepting Returns in part because we had people abusing the Return Policy. IE we had Prom dresses and other clothing items that were sold NEW with Tags or in Mint condition being Returned to use Obviously Used and in Most cases Damaged (some with Spaghetti stains, sweat stains, torn etc) for this reason we Strictly DO NOT offer Returns on ANY clothing article. We do provide Size for all clothing items. Since Size is NOT universal in all Clothing Manufactures we do ALSO Provide Measurements. It is YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to measure items to see if they will fit you or your intended party. Since we have NO means of knowing what size you or your party may need. If you need additional Measurements to determine if Clothing will fit you or your intended party Please email us and ask us for the measurements that are needed. You must email and inquire BEFORE the end of auction.  We can NOT give exceptions for this. We hope you understand. This policy does also go into effect with Shoes, Boots and ALL other Footwear. We provide Sizes for these items it is your responsibility to ask for measurements if needed. Relations: We try to treat all of our customers in a manner we ourselves would like to be treated. We package all of our items in a manner that I would like to receive my items. I am Both a seller and a buyer on Ebay. I have had items I paid for shipped to me in a neglectful manner and I will NEVER ship in that same manner. I will answer all emails respectfully and in Return ask that you do the same. Any abusive language or threats WILL be reported to EBay. I will not tolerate being threatened. As I would never do that to anyone else. There are Rules on Ebay that are resigned for all of our protection. Any abuse of those Rules and Guidelines will be reported to ebay. We will NOT give Refunds and allow you to keep the merchandise. NOR will be do Partial Refunds under threats. IF you do this please know that it is a strict rule against Ebay Policy and you will be reported. We no NOT tolerate Extortion attempts. That being said we do Sell Vintage Items as Well as New items. We take pictures to use as part of the description. We ship only the item we have in our listing. We do NOT do Third Party sales. IE we do NOT pay and ship through other Sites. Please rest assured that we sell ONLY the items that we have listed. Vintage items will have been used Before. Vintage , Antique or Pre-owned Items are NOT new. Please look at all pictures and READ Descriptions FULLY to understand Condition of the item.
