This is a scarce 2-record set, sent out to radio stations in the late 1960s or early 1970s [Elton Britt passed away in 1972, so that limits the release date somewhat].
The fold-open cover is super-slick, not like regular cardboard album covers of those days usually were. It is about VG condition, with minor handling, wear and use, and a few slight creases.

The two discs are nearly new, and appear to be unplayed.
