Gwiazdy Polskiej Opery, 1900-1939/The Stars of Polish Operatic Singing Muza Polskie Nagrana Warzawa M 33 - 4 LP box set (I see no publication date, but the latest year mentioned in the biographies is 1959)
The 32-page notes detail the biographies of the stars of Polish opera before the fall to the Nazis in 1939.  Written by Joseph Kanski, the notes are presented in Polish and English side-by-side.  Biographies include:

Among the composers whose pieces are included are: Verdi, Rossini, Chopin, Gounod, Musorgski, Puccini, Bizet, Wagner, Moniusko, Glinka, among many others.
The records are NM, possibly unplayed.  The box has some surface dirt (largely due to the cloth binding and a couple of slightly frayed corners.  The set came from the collection of a gentleman who owned hundreds of import albums and who cared for them meticulously.
