Description
Tough local PA indie Hard Rock / Metal compilation put out by the radio station Starview 92 in 1987 from their battle of the bands series. The most recognizable names are the indie stalwarts Cry Tough ( later named Cry Tuff ) and Wrath Child ( Later known as Wrathchild America ) .
This is still sealed, but note in the photos that the wrap is torn in a few locations. A- 1- Signal 21 - Another Way ( Power Pop/AOR ) 2-Strange Behavior - My Imagination ( prog with pop ) 3-Toro & The Lawn Boys - Not Anymore ( Rock ) 4-Youth In Asia - I've Got a Secret ( female fronted rock )
B- 1-Wrath Child - Hells Gates ( pre-Wratchild America demo version ) 2-Cry Tough - I Can't Wait ( hard rock heavy Triumph style ) 3-Back Talk - An Old Cold War ( Glam Sleaze ) perhaps different mix than CD release
4. HAUNTZ - Madman Over-the-top speed/thrash with varied vocals. Even if it's not done very well, this is the kind of unique stuff that makes these local compilations worth tracking down.
