Yes, they do exist! This took years of searching to track down!
It is like many early stereo records of the time, a mono sleeve with a stereo sticker placed over the incorrect serial number (see pictures).
The sleeve is in fantastic condition - the best I have ever seen for a copy of PMMFTSQ.
I would grade it as EX-. The record (with stereo labels) is again in fantastic condition EX-.
A stunning rarity in stunning condition. I promise you will not find the stereo copy again in a rush. Get it while you can.
