ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Original pressing - ILPS9502 - 1978
Surely needs to be part of any music lover's collection?  THE classic Steel Pulse album
Vinyl  Nice condition and plays lovely.  Side 1 has a light scratch at a shallow angle across the groove on track 1  Has a very short wear point along the groove also on track 1 (I can't hear any hisses or effecting the sound)  Side 2 has a short light scratch from the end of track 1 across track 2 - Again I can't hear a click or noise  A few hairline scratches in bright light
There will be crackles in places, used records will crackle.  If it noticeably degrades the listening quality it is mentioned in this description.
Cover  Overall a looked after and straight cover  A few marks front and rear and the opening is lightly worn (photo)  Light creases on the spine  Corners are not damaged
TRACK LIST: A1 Handsworth Revolution A2 Bad Man A3 Soldiers A4 Sound Check B1 Prodigal Son B2 Ku Klux Klan B3 Prediction B4 Macka Splaff
INFORMATION:  All records are cleaned, visually checked and listened to.  We all have doubts buying vinyl records online, it is risky.  I still get caught out buying records when the descriptions are better than the record that arrives.   DO please read my feedback for reassurance or contact me for more information before buying.
Received your record and feel it does not match the description?   Please message before raising a formal ebay case or leaving feedback.  This is the fastest way to resolve issues. Always best with direct communication.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES:  I offer discount and combined postage for multiple items.  Just send me a message when placing your order and I will send you an updated invoice.
If eBay will not allow you to do this (sometimes you can only buy separate items),  just message me along with a list of the items you are buying and I will sort it out by messaging you and refunding the difference
RECORD GRADING DEFINITIONS:  Mint (M)  An un-played record. New from the pressing plant, distributor or store.  Cover and sleeves in factory condition.
Near Mint (NM) Vinyl rarely played but may have static crackle from long storage.  Vinyl unmarked, centre labels have no spindle marks or damage. No vinyl wear. Cover may have the lightest marks from handling or storage but no score marks or damage.  The cover may have only one or two light creases or dents from storage or handling.
Excellent (EX)  Vinyl will have the lightest and only a few hairline scratches with no effect on playback.  Scratches will not be obvious, but they are there normally seen under direct light.  Expect crackle, but nothing that overrides the sound.  Cover may have very light score marks hard to see unless moving the cover around in good light.  There will be handling marks but the record will obviously be looked after and stored well.
Very Good Plus (VG+) Vinyl may have minor sound degradation, crackle and possibly minor wear at quiet moments in the recording,  or wear heard at high pitches.  Vinyl likely to have hairline scratches or scuffs or marks, but only very light and not effecting playback.  Cover original and undamaged.  No holes or cuts (unless discontinued, typically punched with a hole or clipped at the time of deletion).  No rips or tears and no wear through at the edges.  Likely to have light marks, scuffs or creases around the edges and/or possibly light score marks front and rear.
Very Good (VG) Vinyl has been played frequently and you can tell. No skips or jumps when playing.  Likely to have noise (crackling, popping from occasional deeper scratches, dust or dirt),  or minor wear degradation from being played many times.  Vinyl likely to have scratches and/or scuffs or marks.  None of the above adversely effecting playback.  Cover and inner sleeves all intact and original with no bad damage such as rips or tears,  but very likely to have wear, for example;  Creases, show vinyl ring marks, edge wear, scuffed/scored on the front and/or rear.
Good (G) to Good Plus (G+)  Vinyl heavily played. Record is playable with no skips or jumps, but will suffer from crackling and wear,  sometimes heavy, most likely on the most popular tracks frequently played. Likely to have vinyl surface scratches, some may be deep and look bad, will effect playback with clicks or pops. Cover likely to be bent rather than just creased, laminate likely to be separating from the card cover.  Likely heavily worn or scored, torn or scratched for example, but all intact with no evidence of repair (glue/tape).
Fair (F) Vinyl heavily played, deep scratches, suffers from loss of sound quality.  Might skip or stick, may also be lightly warped but plays.  Surface likely to be heavily marked with scratches.  Covers and sleeves are all with the record, but likely to be heavily worn, maybe worn through in places,  damaged, repaired, torn or ripped.
Poor (P) Vinyl scratched and serious deterioration of sound, may be warped badly, playable but expect playback problems, such as sticking and/or skipping and heavy wear.  Covers likely to be ripped, torn, laminate removed, heavy wear and bad creases.  Inner sleeves damaged or missing.
