Sleeve: VG+; a few not-super-noticeable crimps; new sheen mostly.
Vinyl: VG+; could use a little cleaning; light scratches and light scruff from pulling in and out of jacket. Surface noise there, but not anything that ruins listening experience.
Info: Comes with original insert.
