I am selling off my collection of original first pressing vinyl albums to supplement a house move. It's a pity to let them go but the money is needed for essential repairs. I have adopted the Record Collector magazine’s Grading Guide to describe the condition and I have also play-checked each album, so you can be confident about buying. The pictures are also of the actual album you are bidding on.

A collectible first cut (A1/B1) of the 1969 UK First Pressing Vinyl LP on the EMI Stateside record label, with the orange disc labels and in the gate-fold laminated cover sleeve - IN EXCELLENT TO NEAR MINT CONDITION.

Barcode and Other Identifiers
This is identifiable as the 1969 Stateside first pressing because it bears the catalogue number SSL 5021 and has the orange disc labels. This particular copy is also a collectible first pressing (A1/B1) of the first pressing. This means it has the misprint on the label of Side 1 too, where track 'America' is listed as (b) instead of (c).

Condition (using Record Collector Magazine grading)
I have tried to provide good quality large pictures of the album and sleeves. Please take the time to click through them and satisfy yourself of the quality of this LP. The pictures should speak for themselves.
Vinyl = EXCELLENT: The record has only been played once or twice and is still in excellent condition with just one light surface scratch on the playing surface of side 2. This is entirely superficial however and does not affect playback at all. I have play-tested the album and sound reproduction is superb, with absolutely no discernible deterioration in sound quality. It’s also a good quality pressing with very little unwanted background noise.
Cover = NEAR MINT: The cover sleeve has been kept in a protective plastic sleeve since new and is in near mint condition with just the slightest rubbing to the leading edge of the cover. The original retailer wrote the word ‘sale’ on the inside edge of the record pocket, but this is not visible.
Postage
I take care to package records properly in rigid cardboard mailers designed for the purpose and with extra protection given to the albums, so they should arrive to you in the same condition they were sent.
I do combine postage too, so if you buy more than one album please don't pay until you receive an eBay invoice from me.
You have the choice of postage service and the level of insurance protection. Please choose a postal service (and level of cover) from the table below. The default postage option is Royal Mail Small Parcel Economy, which comes with £20.00 cover against loss or damage in transit, and if you elect to pay with this default postage selected then please understand I cannot accept any additional liability. If you would prefer the Standard or Signed service please send me a message before paying and I will send you an adjusted eBay invoice.
These postage charges are the cheapest I can provide. I do not charge for packaging etc. they are just the actual cost of postage with eBay's 10% commission on top.
