Description

THIS IS BEING SOLD AS IS.  Specifically, a burst water pipe has resulted in water damage to this binder.  The pages of the booklet and most of the individual folders for the records are stuck together.  HOWEVER, the records and labels were protected by their rice paper sleeves and are undamaged...which in the end is what counts.  To my (subjective) audiophile eye, the LP's look to be at least NM.  Discs appear generally clean with some showing usual minor surface marks.
