This was obtained directly from a former employee of Virgin Megastore who obtained the signatures at an instore signing. Copy of photo of the signing included. 
Vinyl and sleeve are in amazing un-played condition having been stored from new. Signatures on the inside gatefold are bold and clear in marker.
