RECORD: VG (strong)
NOTES: US original 1969 pressing. Record plays great in strong VG+ or better area; my strict VG grade is for scattered light marks visible under bright light. Lyrics insert is nice shape with one crease but no tears. Cover has unfortunate coffee cup stain, small drill hole, scattered other small stains, ring/shelf wear. Surprisingly no seam splits except for few inches at corner top. This would be a great copy if you have a nice shape cover but a low grade record.
GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
