CONDITION DETAILS Still in ORIGINAL SHRINK-WRAP (opened). Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Cover looks great; a couple creases near edges; no scuffing (front/back); deep surface impression where shrink is torn near center and center-left on back. Inner-sleeve is original (photos); seams partially split. Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear; developing split near center. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; minor wear to corners. Developing split near center of both edges. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and a few divots. Columbia House pressing. Lyrics insert not included. (Not a cut-out.)
ABOUT THE RECORD The Other Side of the Mirror is loosely based around the theme of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Following the huge success of Fleetwood Mac's Tango in the Night and propelled by the hit single Rooms on Fire (No. 16), the album reached No. 10 on the U.S. Billboard albums charts and achieved platinum status for selling in excess of 1,000,000 units. Other single releases from the album included Two Kinds of Love (featuring vocals by Bruce Hornsby and instrumental interlude by Kenny G) and Long Way to Go which gained substantial airplay. A promotional video was shot for Rooms on Fire and was in heavy rotation on MTV.
