Description
You are bidding on a gently used copy of “Texas Flood” by Stevie Ray Vaughan And Double Trouble on vinyl, released by Epic records in 1983. Run-out information indicates this is an original Columbia House club pressing; pressing plant is unidentified.
Vinyl is in strong VG+ condition. The record is a little bit dusty but still in overall fantastic shape. Inner sleeve is plain white (visible in photos; the record is resting atop it) and is in otherwise fine shape aside from normal tanning. Jacket is in mostly great condition, showing only moderate normal shelf wear, though there is one major flaw: a 1.5” x 1.5” patch of white abrasion near the center bottom edge of the cover where the artwork has unfortunately been scored away. This is clearly visible in the photo, and it is the only serious trouble spot on an otherwise beautiful copy. See photos for specifics; they are not stock, this is the actual item you are purchasing.
PLEASE NOTE: I am not a professional grader. As a collector, I have vinyl that looks absolutely destroyed but plays perfectly without a single skip, and I also have records I purchased Brand New that don’t have a single mark on them but skipped for no evident reason the first time I played them out of the shrink wrap. It’s just the nature of the format. All of the records I’m selling are graded based on the best assessment I can make by looking at the vinyl—obviously, I can’t listen to every record start to finish before listing them, so I’m providing the most detailed photos and descriptions I can to make sure anyone who purchases from me knows exactly what they’re buying and is satisfied. Cool? Cool.
