Description
This is an original, very rare, near mint condition Stevie Ray Vaughan promotional LP "A Legend In The Making - Live At The El Mocambo". It was issued by CBS Canada/Epic Records in 1983 as a promotional item. It was distributed to radio stations, the music press and selected music industry V.I.P.s. It was never made available to the general public. The album features a concert recorded at Toronto's El Mocambo club on July 20, 1983. The album jacket is in excellent condition, no split seams, rips or marks. The labels are standard blue Epic Records with "Promotional Use Only" printed on them. There are no stickers or pen marks on the labels. This record has had one owner, a former record company executive who has had it filed away since 1983. As this promotional album was pressed in very limited quanties, it is a highly sought after item among Stevie Ray Vaughan collectors around the world.
