Description

Sting’s first recording! As Gordon Sumner, in 1972 Sting played electric bass on the Newcastle Big Band LP (IS.NBB.106). Eight tracks, recorded live at University Theatre, Newcastle, and Municipal Casino, Pau, France under leader Andy Hudson, pictured with his characteristic jump finish. “One part jazz, one part rock, one part melody and one part beer” - The Journal, Newcastle. Record is used, slight damage to cover.
