The cover looks close to perfect with only minor signs of wear and or age. There may be one or two small creases and/or there may be a slight bit of discoloration which is common with records of this age

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
The cover might have slight wear, maybe some mild discoloration due to the age of the record but excellent aspect overall.

You can notice some clear wear on the surface, the record will have a few surface marks - there will be some surface background noise (pops and crackles) and/or ticking during playback.
Cover shows some handling imperfection like normal wear and tear, price tag, creasing, sticker, promo copy stamp or cut in the corner.

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has been noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The record will have many surface marks - there will be constant surface background noise and/or some consistent ticking during playback - the record could also have a small, but more serious mark that causes a small skip in the playback.
