Description

Absolutely extraordinary copy of this 1961 issue on Ember International, part of the Flamingo Jazz Series.

Baritone sax maestro Ronnie Ross doubles up with composing on this hugely enjoyable collection, ably backed by Eddie Harvey (piano), Bert Courtley (mellophone), Pete Blanin (bass) and Andy White (drums).

The flipback sleeve is in exemplary condition, with only the original price of 7/6 written in pen on the front as the only flaw.

The heavyweight vinyl plays like a dream and is in pristine condition, as are the red and gold labels, and a crisply intact white inner sleeve.

Brit jazz at its best and you will struggle to find a better copy.
