Description

This is literally a mint, never been played promotion copy of the single, "Fools Gold".  Beer Davies did the Radio and TV promotion for the Stone Roses.  To ensure Radio and TV concentrated on "Fools Gold" and not "What The World Is Waiting For" (which is the other side of the commercial single), it was decided the promo single should feature "Fools Gold" on both sides.  Radio 1 started playing the single straight away which meant this particular record was never taken to Radio or TV but remained in the Beer Davies office.
