Description
DESCRIPTION: This is a UK Polydor test pressing of 'Teenage Licks' by Stone The Crows, released in 1971. This is an original pressing cut from the very first ('1') lacquers, mothers and stampers on both sides of the vinyl, making it as close to the master tape as possible. The full matrix numbers are:
A▽1 1 1 1 B▽1 1 1 1
The vinyl looks near-mint under normal lighting. Under a bright LED light, I can see a few faint scuffs on side B, but these do not affect playback, which is loud and clear with super dynamic sound.
The gatefold cover is in excellent condition. There is moderate wear on the spine and the seams, but the seams are not split and the panels are clean. Comes complete with the original 'Head Hunters' poly-lined inner sleeve which has all seams intact.
SHIPPING: I do not use eBay's Global Shipping Program; the shipping costs quoted in my listings are the actual cost of shipping from the UK. I do not profit from shipping and I always refund any overpayment for shipping. I do ship internationally, but note that the shipping cost quoted in the listing is for international shipping to the US. For other destinations, please contact me for a shipping quote or, alternatively, just pay the automatic invoice that you will recieve and I will refund any overpayment.
GRADING: Unless a record is sealed, I play-grade everything on a high-end turntable. My grading is strict, so even if you are buying a 'VG+' record from me, the chances are that you are actually buying a very nice keeper copy. Nevertheless, grading is quite subjective; so, if you feel that I haven't graded something properly, please contact me immediately. As a collector of vinyl myself, I know how important customer satisfaction is and I will do everything I can to resolve any issues.
PACKAGING: I do not charge for packaging costs. All records are packed well in sturdy record mailers with additional cardboard for protection. To prevent any seam splits during transit, I always ensure that records are packed outside of their covers.
