Description

I have just acquired a substantial group of Store-Stock Viva-Tonal

Columbias by Ruth Etting and Lee Morse. They are in stunning

condition, and of course, play like a dream!

I will be listing these (in no particular order) on ebay over the next

several weeks.

Lee Morse & Her Blue Grass Boys do "Lonesome For You" and "When

I Lost You" on 78rpm Viva-Tonal Columbia 1434-D.


I'm pretty sure that the Blue Grass Boys consisted of Hymie

Farberman cornet, Sam Lewis trombone, Sam Feinsmith sax, Bob

Downey piano, with John Cali on banjo and guitar.


Recorded in New York City on June 6, 1928, the record is in lovely

excellent-plus (E+) condition, looks like it came right off the dealer's

shelf!
