This Is Promo Label Copy, Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels, A Numbered Sample Sticker is on The Back Part of Picture Sleeve.
Disc is EX Minus, Sleeve is VG Plus (Bottom Spine Has A 6 cm Split on The Center Like The Photo # 8, Having Ring-wear) , OBI Strip Has Tears with Mended Tapes Like Listed Photo # 10 and # 11.
