The two records are in excellent condition.  There is no dirt or dust showing on these albums.  There is no warping.  The albums look as if they have been played minimally. 

The album sleeves are in excellent condition.

The box is in excellent condition does not show much shelf life.

The albums are from an estate sale of a true opera lover.  The albums were stored in an upright position in a climate controlled room.  There is no evidence of pet hair or smoke.
