Description
This is a late 1940's Vogue Pictured Record set of Study in Blue by the Hour of Charm All Girl Orchestra under the direction of Phil Spitalny, R-725 and R-726. The set includes "Rhapsody in Blue, part I and part II. The flip sides are Alice Blue Gown and Blue Skies. Both discs are 10" 78 rpm picture records.
Both discs are in very good condition and would be E. However, one side of the second disc shows some rubs-scuffs on Rhapsody in Blue. No cracks, chips, loss of color or deep scratches. Average yet light wear use. The bottom of the sleeve has 3" of of the cardboard giving way because of the weight of the records and is more evident on the back side. Some small, top right hand separation. No writing, stickers or other concerns.
Vogue picture discs are rarely offered with their jackets so here is an opportunity to have both records and its original jacket.
