Description
For sale is a rare original mono pressing of the self titled Stuff Smith LP from 1958, Verve MGV 8206. The vinyl is nice and shiny and plays a solid EX, just about perfect sound. There are a couple of very thin and light scuffs visible in normal light, a couple more really micro scuffs in bright light, but nothing at all I can hear. The jacket has a small piece torn away upper right on the front, likely a removed price tag. Otherwise, all other flaws are minor and pretty much as shown; a little ring, some light discoloration. The spine has a couple of thin cracks, nothing fully split, the top and bottom borders are very solid. If you are looking for a great sounding copy of this classic, look no further, you won't be disappointed.
