PCS 7042 UK 1968 Original UK true 1st press,
Disc is stunning Ex to Ex+, plays perfectly, clearly rarely played from new and stored in poly lined inner bag, only the most minor light whisps of original paper bag removal under bright light
Sleeve Ex to VG+ -Clean white cover, no damage, perfect spine, only minor light laminate creasing, very light corner bump
Matrix SIDE 1 YEX 667-1 with G1 stamper, which I attempt to show this on last two disc photos in run out groove at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock, 1st label image shows KT tax stamp on SIDE 2 YEX 668-1 has 1 , the stamper is (a different font) R The disc is known with stampers reversed G1 on side 2 and R1 on side 1
"The best UK psych album that's not by the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Family or the Pretty Things, the sole Tomorrow album is a priceless gem of whimsical beauty. Produced at Abbey Road EMI studios in 1967 by maverick German producer Mark Wirtz, the delayed release date of early 1968 ensured its failure, but of all the artists on this list, they most deserved to be a hit, particularly with their perennial "My White Bicycle", which is in the top-10 best British psychedelic singles on any list that matters. Despite being one of the most popular acts around London in the summer and autumn of love, Tomorrow broke up when lead vocalist Keith West hit the charts with the gorgeous but novelty "Excerpt From a Teenage Opera", again, produced and overseen by the marvelous Mark Wirtz. Twink moved to the (aforementioned) Pretty Things, and guitar player Steve Howe ending up doing alright when he joined Yes in 1970.
Monetary value: £800 (mono or stereo UK Parlophone), there's a US Sire edition that goes for about $250.
