The sleeve itself definitely has some wear and tear, corner and edge wear mostly from being stored without a plastic sleeve.
As far as i could tell the record is pristine, there are a few marks at best on each side, none that are serious or have any impact on how the record plays. I played through both sides of the record and it sounds fantastic, i almost want to add it to my own collection. It had a few pops from dust in the grooves, could use a good ultrasonic cleaning by its new owner to get the most out of it.
