I am not a professional record grader, but do my honest best to apply consensus standards published by Goldmine - https://www.goldminemag.com/collector-resources/record-grading-101.  This record was visually and audibly examined.
Grading: Cover - VG+ - Some minor wear along the lower edge and small area of discoloration.  
Vinyl - VG++ -  A few light scuffs.   No discernable scratches.  Some barely audible background noise in portions of two cuts.
