Sun #186 THE PRISONAIRES in beautiful, marbled red wax has come out of my father’s Sun vault. The #186 Prisonaires single has been pressed in different years with varying label colors. This red wax edition is nearly impossible to find in a strong VG++ condition! Goldmine magazine has it priced from $6K-$8K!!! A small scuff in the runout is visible on the “BABY PLEASE” side. The grooves or “play area” as well as the rest of the record is perfect on both sides. This gem has been hidden from view for decades and I am giving a TRUE SUN Collector for the opportunity to own possibly the best example in decades. My father cherished this record and he never played it. Being one of my father’s cherished records I’m not in a hurry to part with it.
