Description

Sun City Girls "Horse Cock Phepner" Rare Original LP

Great Item!

PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS:  The best way to avoid confusion and save time is to take the time to read the terms and descriptions fully, as most of your questions will be answered that way. You MUST have 10+ FEEDBACKS and 100% positives to BID; if not, you need to email first. Your bid is an acceptance of OUR terms; this is our auction.  When you bid on this item, you are agreeing to all of the terms of sale, shipping terms, and other information on this page, no exceptions.  We are trying to pay off our student loans slowly and I'm moving to England this year so please understand that the only reason I'm selling stuff on here is to make money for that and I don't have time for much else! Thanks!

Up for auction today is a great find, a very rare and out of print record, "Horse Cock Phepner," Sun City Girls, 1987 Placebo Records PLA-24.  In M-/VG++ condition with 3 ultra-light surface marks; rarely played.  Outer sleeve is also VG++ except that the bottom right hand corner got bent at some point by accident so it has a wrinkle.  No barcode on sleeve.  In excellent condition and a very rare find; I haven't seen this on ebay in years on vinyl or cd so grab it while you can.  This is a factory release item, not a bootleg or a copy.  NOTE:  I would not be selling this kickass record if it wasn't for the fact that I desperately need money to move to England!

All items are used unless otherwise noted.  Some items may have stickers, writing, price tags or edge wear on the covers; if they have anything really noticeable, I will try to make note of it, but please don't expect a new or pristine item unless it's described that way.  Most were purchased new by me and well-kept but some were purchased used.  Please be aware that due to the way that USPS ships items, intense summer heat and other hazards can damage records (and other media) along the shipping route, so buy insurance. I am not a smoker and don't have pets in the home.  Thanks for looking!

USA BIDDERS (50 states and military), I can accept paypal payments (no e-checks) and some online billpay or e-check services (MSN bill pay, some bank bill payment services--check with your bank's website). Insurance is highly recommended and I can usually only insure items shipped within the United States. Please pay in full within 7 days of auction's end. INTERNATIONAL Bidders: I can accept a paypal payment. All payments must be in American dollar amounts $$. Please understand that if any fees are involved in converting currency, you must pay them yourself. All bidders: Non-paying bidder alerts are automatically filed for late payments. You are solely responsible for getting payment here on time; if you feel that you cannot reliably do so within a reasonable amount of time, do not bid. Please do not get angry about the fact that I expect everyone to pay and "take revenge" on me by personally by trying to ruin my account; that is evil and people who do that shouldn't be on ebay.  All winning bidders are expected to pay for their items. A chargeback is considered a non-payment and will be pursued legally in court; ebay rules clearly state that a winning bid is a contract to pay for an item and can be legally considered as such.

Shipping/handling to the USA 50 states (inc. Alaska and Hawaii, but not including territories) is 4.00; all other countries please ask. If you are overseas, the shipping will probably be very high as this item as large packages are extremely expensive to send via UPS or USPS. The item will be shipped ONLY to the name and address on your paypal/internet payment, no other. We pack all items well and double-check addresses against those confirmed by you via email (we do not go by anyone's handwriting--too much margin for error). We have no control over the post office and will not be held liable for their possible mishandling of packages. If your item is lost or damaged after being shipped, that is between you and USPS's insurance claims department. Due to the extremely high cost of international insurance, we usually cannot offer standard insurance to bidders outside of the continental United States but may be able to offer other services. Please realise that media mail, parcel post, and international shipping all can take anywhere from 10-20 days to arrive, and priority sometimes can be more than a week if slow. We usually ship items within a week of receiving full payment. We usually ship out items once to twice a week. We are not a store and cannot ship items every single day; we are extremely busy students who also teach, so please for god's sake don't expect your item to be shipped the very day we receive payment and don't flip out and start harrassing us via email if we can't do that (yes, this has happened!); we are only able to go to the post office on lunch breaks, etc. I'm sorry if this seems harshly worded but please realise that we actually are quite busy with very little spare money and are merely trying to pay off our considerable student loans; people who get angry and take things personally if we don't ship an item the day we receive payment don't seem to understand that not everyone makes ebay their entire life; this is just a tool for selling items and making extra money and it's not something we have a lot of time for. If you are sympathetic to this, then feel free to bid and we welcome your help!

YOUR BID IS AN ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ DESCRIPTIONS AND BE INFORMED: I describe each item to the best of my ability and my knowledge; if I make a mistake, it is truly out of human error and I accept no liability because I would NOT misrepresent an item on purpose. I have no interest in causing problems and hassles for myself and prefer auctions to be an easy, friendly process, believe me! With vintage items, a lot of what is involved in describing what era the piece is from, etc. is guesswork, so you have to read my description and understand that I am not not not an expert, only someone who has a few books and who cares about jewelry and vintage accessories. I have been trading on ebay for years and the few negs I've ever gotten were from non-paying bidders who were angry because I expected them to pay after they decided not to for whatever reason. All items are vintage and used and are not guaranteed as being pristine or perfect, so if you expect that or need that, please do not bid on my items as you will be happier elsewhere. Please ask questions BEFORE bidding as all sales are FINAL, unless otherwise noted. Please ask about shipping rates if you wish to combine similar single purchases within a 24-hour period; rates may vary and I may not be able to combine certain items (especially large ones); also, the rates are necessarily much higher for overseas bidders. I send detailed invoices at the end of every auction and it's important that you actually read them so that this process can go quickly and smoothly. I really don't have a lot of time to answer questions about terms that are clearly listed for all bidders in the invoices and on the auction page. The reason the description/terms are so detailed is to AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS and to save time, as I have a job and go to school and am extremely busy. It is not an attempt to force you to read boring stuff.  Please do not get angry and start flipping out if I don't answer all of your emails; I don't have time for that, sorry, and it just isn't personal.  You must pay within 48 hours of winning your bid; if you don't pay within 7 days a non-paying bidder alert will be filed and the item will be considered unsold and may be sold to someone else. Please remember that your bid is a legally binding contract and can be enforced in court. Regarding second chance offers--we do sometimes send out second chance offers if the winning bidder didn't pay. We appreciate courtesy and easy, friendly, professional transactions; rudeness is not welcome here and it is not welcome in any business environment! Any feedback shilling, feedback blackmail, or other illegal and unfair practises will be reported immediately to ebay. Non-paying bidders will be reported as unwelcome bidders as having violated our terms. These auctions are ours and therefore the rules are ours, too. All other rules and notes on this page are included as part of the terms of sale that you are agreeing to when you bid on an item.
