Description
- Excellent Jerry Lee Lewis original 1957 Sun label 45 with rare picture sleeve "High School Confidential" b/w "Fools Like Me" (Sun 296).
- This is one of only two original Jerry Lee Lewis picture sleeves issued by Sun records, both of which are hard to find in any condition.
- One side of the sleeve has a killer photo of Jerry Lee superimposed over the cast of the film "High School Confidential" that included Mamie Van Doren, Diane Jergens, Russ Tamblyn, Jan Sterling and John Drew Barrymore. The other side of the sleeve has notes about Jerry Lee, the film and cast.
- The sleeve has no splits, writing, cutouts, stickers or any other major defects with some light wear and wrinkles and a very small tear on the back. The 45 retains most of the original gloss and plays crisp and clear with just some light surface noise. The labels are in beautiful condition with just some light wear noted.. The key, of course, to the value of this 45 is the very hard to find picture sleeve.
