Description
Sun Ra Arkestra~Universe In Blue Orig. El Saturn LP VG+/G Cosmic Jazz. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
This is a copy of Universe In Blue by Sun Ra and his Arkestra from 1971.
The vinyl is in Good condition. The record is pretty heavily marked on both sides particularly on side 2, (see photos).
There is strong crackle and noise at the start of side 1 that eases off somewhat through the side. Side 2 has strong crackle and noise throughout. The record does play through without skipping but this really is a low-fi copy.
The LP sleeve is in VG+ condition. This is the rarer of the two sleeves for this record. The front cover image. colour and graphics are bold and strong. There is some dirt and marks in the white above the script. The rear cover image, colour and graphics are also strong with ringwear at the top white border. The top seam shows wear, as does the spine with near split. The underside seam has a 6cm split. Please view images.
A rarity, not in great condition, but a great Ra rarity nonetheless.
