Description
This Sun Ra Album was purchased by me right around 1974. From a small record store in Philadelphia that specialised in this sort of thing (believe it was 2nd St. Music). Reportedly distributed to the shop by members of Sun Ra's... landing party. Never had any reason to doubt the store owner. That is the supporting reason to my claim of "hand cover art" and "limited edition". Besides the (photos of) the album cover itself. As far as condition goes... i no longer have, or have access to, a turntable. So, i can't say anything about playable condition. It has not been played since about 1978. And was not played very much prior. Visually- Side B looks pristine. Side A, under extreme angles of light, appears to have some dimples (not pimples). They can NOT be felt with a fingenail. And are NOT visible with nearly all angles of viewing. Even under full sun light. The sleeve is split on 1 side. The unique cover is at least VG+.
