All vinyl looks brand new and each record has only been played a couple of times. I'd grade it between NM & M.
The box is in great shape but definitely shows some wear marks on the bottom as well as on the bottom corners. The top has a small nick left of center, near the bottom as can be seen from the photo. The box still has the blue ribbon attached on the inside. The booklet cover shows a little wear from rubbing on the interior of the box but all of the pages inside look great. All of the sleeves look great as they've stayed within the safety of the box and this item has remained in climate controlled conditions since its purchase.

There's also a page from The Village Voice, May 1986 that contains a review written by Greg Tate.
