You're the Nearest thing to Heaven
I Can't Help It
Home of the Blues
Big River
Sound graded, I would say that this recording is in E to E+ quality. The record album's picture sleeve is in terrific condition with little fading or surface wear. Only a little fraying to the corners of the picture sleeve, but no splits. NO water damage. Probably one of the cleanest album covers for this record on Ebay.

Note: A return will be accepted for this item upon the condition that it has been badly misrepresented. I take strong precautions to make sure that my items arrive safely to my customers, however accidents do happen with shellac records. If there should be breakage of any phonograph records that I have shipped to you, and your shipment was not insured, simply submit a clear photograph to me of the damaged record and I will refund your payment to the amount of the damage minus shipping.
Only Paypal can be accepted for payment.

My GRADING STANDARDS are as follows, from lowest to highest: Poor, VG+ or -, E+ or -, NM+ or -, Mint. Poor condition records I will never sell, VG- and VG rarely I will sell. VG+ is supposed to be the lowest grade at which I would presume the recording to still be of enjoyable quality. E- to + is the grade to which most of my recordings will categorize as this is the “average” condition of collector records. Near Mint – or + is where a recording is fine enough to almost qualify as N.O.S., but cannot due to light evidence of wear. Mint is used rarely and with great discretion.
I always try to grade my records below, not above, what I judge their condition to be. Most all of my records have been listened to as well, but some times I will give visual grades.
SHIPPING: Rest assured that I am a record collector as well and have felt the pain of that N.O.S. Dorsey Bros. record being delivered to you in shards! The $4.00 charge for shipping via Media Mail is to offer a low-priced method, as well as one that will send your purchase to you safely and effectively.
Pricing is as follows: $4 Media Mail with an additional $1 per additional record purchased for combined shipping (contact me for an invoice prior to payment). Priority Shipping is $7.50 with an additional $1 per additional record purchased for combined shipping. Priority Flat Rate Shipping is the last alternative, which costs $15.50 but is shipped in a nice BIG 12” x 12” x 5 ½“ Flat Rate Priority box with LOTS of padding. This is ideal either for valuable purchases or multiple purchases as there is no additional charge for up to ten phonograph records combined in shipping.
Feel free to ask about insurance.
If there are any suggestions on how I could improve upon these shipping services I am open to any that you may have.
Thanks for looking, happy bidding and God Bless.
