Description
"Sunday At The Village Vanguard" by Bill Evans, is a must-have for any jazz lover's collection. The record features a live recording of the Bill Evans Trio's performance at the Village Vanguard in 1961. The reissue was released in 1984 by (OJC) Original Jazz Classics.
The album cover sleeve is in very good condition (VG). I would rate it nearly VG+ as the minor sleeve damage on the cover isn't so noticeable that it detracts from the cover photo. The record itself is graded as Near Mint (NM or M-). The record is dead quiet with no surface scratches. It sounds amazing! Absolutely gives recent re-issues a run for their money and in some cases out does them. I am selling as I have multiple copies.
One of Bill Evans most iconic performances. His best in many people's opinions! With the brilliant Scott LaFaro on bass in one of his final performances. Featuring the classic songs 'Gloria's Step' and 'Solar'.
