Sunny Day Real Estate - "How It Feels To Be Something On" Vinyl LP.

Original 1998 US-issue 10-track LP on Sub Pop Records.

Complete with the original foldout lyrics booklet.

The line-up for this included William Goldsmith, who also did a stint as The Foo Fighters' drummer (joining his ex-SDRE bandmate Nate Mendel). They were among the first bands to get labelled as "Emo".

Getting harder to find these original Vinyl copies now...

Condition :-

Vinyl - EX
- Just a couple of very faint, superficial hairline marks. This copy lools hardly played.

Sleeve - VG Plus
- No sticker marks or writing, No edge or spine wear, No splits, No creasing.
- Tiny (1cm) lightly rubbed spot near the top left corner. Nothing Drastic!
- Just the faint beginnings of a partial ringwear rub mark from storage, just for a few cm. near the centre of the bottom edge. Hardly noticeable.
- Just very light corner rubbing and and general handling/storage marks.

Booklet - EX Plus
- No sticker marks or writing, No creasing. - Clean, flat and unmarked.

Labels - EX Plus
- Clean and unmarked. No wear, writing or sticker marks. No spindle marks, No fading.

Despatch and Packing :-

All items are normally posted within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Where payment is by Cheque (or Paypal's eCheque), items will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.

Purpose-designed mailing/packaging materials will be used.

Your record(s) will be well protected against the rigours of normal handling/shipping, including getting wet in the rain!

All records are packed outside of their main packaging (in a new plain inner where necessary), to avoid sleeve splits in transit.
