Sunset Boys + CAPTAIN SENSIBLE ~ Disco Girls 7" 1979. 
A brilliantly classic example of a true Punk record: a DIY, rough & ragged recording, poor production, spray painted label & a cover that's a folded piece of paper.  
The a-side sounds great, has only 2 tiny clicks from start to finish. The b-side has surface noise, clicks & pops that settle down latter into the song.  Unsurprisingly for a 42 year old Punk single, the cover, which appears to be made of the cheapest paper ever produced, is tatty & stained...but is there.
An inferior copy from the EU is available for over £40 with import duty & VAT, or a copy without the cover for £40 from the UK with no real details of condition.
This much loved music collection gradually being listed is only being sold because it's all to much to drag halfway round the world when we move.  Keep an eye out for some very rare & collectable items, especially some of the Japanese Garage Rock CD's & singles that aren't available for sale anywhere else that I can find.
