Impulse 1968 MONO/ WHITE LABEL PROMO
This happens to be one of my all- time favorite records, especially sonce it's an excellent sitar-jazz record. Hard to believe Impulse would release a track as trippy as "Journey to the East", but here it is. Features killer "Rosko" sounding spoken word by Hersh Hamel, excellent flute, sax and electronics by Tom Scott and Emil Richards on siter and other goods.
Some jazz tunes mixed in with additional avante garde types of sitar/jazz tunes. Great sitar version of "The Look of Love" for all you romantics!
This one's a must-have!
Record is VG++, laminated gatefold cover is also VG++
