Hello and welcome to my first auction since the beginning of the summer. Hope you all had a great break wherever you went! What we have here is VG++/M- copy of this very rare Congolese record issued in 1977 but music from the mid 50's to early 60's (Best period!). The bands are Rock a Mambo et African Jazz, Kasabele, Rossignol Orchestre Rock a Mambo, Nick and Tino, Essous, Roitelet. Now the first 2 tracks are absolute killer, pure charm on them, first one has a slight Calypso feel to it and well it's a party tune, so up and fun. Then the second track a Merangue has a real Cha Cha feel to it, slow party tune and on side 2 there is another killer track with a very cool sax player soloing at the end, very nice indeed. This record is very tricky to find, my friend Vincent told me it took him 5 years to find it, good luck with your bids!
